The London French 75 Drink is made from Gin, Champagne, fresh lemon juice and bar sugar, and served in a chilled collins glass.

London French 75 Drink Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar with cracked ice.
• Pour into a chilled collins glass.
• Fill with cold champagne.
