Ramos Fizz

The Ramos Fizz drink is made from Gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, sugar, half-and-half, orange flower water, egg white and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Ramos Fizz Ingredients:

• 3 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tsp Half-and-half
• 3-5 dashes Orange Flower Water
• 1 Egg White / Substitute - or 1 tbsp egg white substitute
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except the egg white and sparkling water, to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
• Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled collins glass.
• Fill with sparkling water and egg white, and stir gently.
