Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz

The Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz is made from Bourbon, Sloe Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Sloe Gin
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Add the bourbon, sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syurp to a chilled collins glass.
• Add a little cracked ice and stir.
• Add 3 ice cubes and fill with sparkling water.
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon slice.

• Lemon Slice
• Red Maraschino Cherry
