Post-Modern Lemonade

The Post Modern Lemonade is made from Sloe Gin, Dry Sherry, Aquavit, Slivovitz, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Post-Modern Lemonade Ingredients:

• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• 2 oz Fino Sherry
• 1 oz Aquavit
• 3 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tbsp Slivovitz
• 1 oz Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients, except the sparkling water, well with cracked ice.
• Strain into a chilled collins glass full of ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
