The Apricot Fizz is made from Apricot Brandy, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Apricot Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice to a mixing glass.
• Mix well and strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice.
• Top with sparkling water and stir again.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
