Summer Delight

The Summer Delight drink is made from vodka, strawberry liqueur, Roses lime, oregeat syrup and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.

Summer Delight Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Vodka
• 2/3 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 2/3 oz Rose's Lime
• 1/3 oz Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
• Pineapple Juice

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass half full of ice.
• Top with pineapple juice if necessary, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or a physalis berry.

• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Physalis Berry
