Rum Toddy

The Rum Toddy drink is made from rum, lemon juice, hot tea and sugar, and served in a highball glass.

Rum Toddy Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 Lemon - cut into wedges
• Tea - hot
• Sugar / Bar Sugar - to taste

Instructions:

• Add rum to a highball glass, then squeeze the lemon wedges over the glass before dropping a few in.
• Place a spoon in the glass to prevent cracking, and fill with hot tea.
• Sugar to taste, and add a few mint leaves as well.

Garnish:

• Mint Leaves
• Lemon Slice
