Riviera Mojito

The Riviera Mojito drink is made from Chambord flavored vodka, Limoncello, simple syrup, mint leaves, raspberries and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Riviera Mojito Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Chambord Flavored Vodka
• 1-1/2 oz Limoncello Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 6 Mint
• 2 Raspberry
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint leaves, raspberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, Chambord vodka and Limoncello and shake vigorously.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with club soda.
• Garnish with fresh mint and black raspberries.
