Suffering Bastard

The Suffering Bastard drink is made from Gin, Brandy, Angostura bitters, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and Ginger Beer, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Suffering Bastard Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1 tbsp Angostura Bitters
• Ginger Beer - to fill

Instructions:

• Swirl bitters around a chilled collins glass until coated, discarding the excess.
• Fill with glass with ice cubes, add gin, brandy, lime juice and sugar syrup.
• Sitr well and fill with ginger beer.
• Stir gently, and garnish with a cucumber slice, lime slice and a sprig of mint.

• Mint Sprig
