Newport Cooler

The Newport Cooler drink is made from Gin, Brandy, Peach Liqueur, fresh lime juice and ginger ale, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Newport Cooler Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
• 1/4 tsp Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• Ginger Ale - to fill

Instructions:

• Add ice cubes to a chilled collins glass.
• Pour the gin, brandy, peach liqueur and lime juice over the ice.
• Fill with ginger ale and stir gently.
