Golden Fizz

The Golden Fizz drink is made from Gin, fresh lime juice, bar sugar, egg yolk and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Golden Fizz Ingredients:

• 2-1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk - or 1 tbsp egg yolk substitute
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except the sparkling water and lemon to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled collins glass.
• Fill with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice.
