Free Silver

The Free Silver drink is made from Gin, Dark Rum, fresh lemon juice, bar sugar, milk and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Free Silver Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Rum (Dark)
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tbsp Milk
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the gin, rum, lmeon juice, milk and sugar with ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain over ice in a chilled collins glass.
• Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
