New Orleans Gin Fizz

The New Orleans Gin Fizz drink is made from Gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, half-and-half, egg white and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

New Orleans Gin Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz Half-and-half
• 1 Egg White / Substitute - or 1 tbsp egg white substitute
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled collins glass over ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.
