El Diablo

The El Diablo drink is made from silver tequila (Jose Cuervo Tradicional Silver), raspberry liqueur, pomegranate juice, simple syrup,, lime juice, blackberries and ginger beer, and served in a highball glass.

El Diablo Ingredients:

• 1.25 oz Tequila (Silver) - Jose Cuervo
• .25 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
• .5 oz Sugar Syrup
• Lime Juice
• 5 Blackberry
• oz Ginger Beer - to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add the remaining ingredients, except ginger beer, with ice and shake well.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and top with ginger beer.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.
