The Enok drink is made from white rum, raspberry liqueur, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and tonic water, and served in a highball glass.

Enok Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Rum (Light)
• 1/3 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/3 oz Cointreau
• 2/3 oz Lime Juice
• Tonic Water

Instructions:

• Shake the rum, raspberry liqueur, Cointreau and lime juice well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Fill a highball glass with ice, and strain the mixture into it.
• Fill with tonic water.
• Garnish with a slice of lime, fresh raspberries and lime wedges.
