Desert Heat

The Desert Heat drink is made from white rum, prickly pear cactus fruit and orange juice, and served in a highball glass.

Desert Heat Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit
• Orange Juice

Instructions:

• Muddle a peeled prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Add rum, then fill with ice.
• Top with orange juice and stir well.
• Garnish with a slice of lime and carambola star fruit.

Garnish:

• Lime Slice
• Star Fruit
