The Mai Tai drink is made from Cointreau (or triple sec), dark rum, white rum, amaretto, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.
Mai Tai Ingredients:
- Shake everything except the pineapple juice well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with freshly sliced pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
