Chicago

The Chicago drink is made from Brandy, Triple Sec, Angostura Bitters and Champagne, and served in a balloon wine glass.

Chicago Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 dash Triple Sec
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• Champagne - to fill
• Sugar / Bar Sugar - to rim the glass

Instructions:

• Rim a chilled wine glass with sugur. Do this by rubbing a lemon wedge along the rim, then dipping the glass into sugar.
• Add the brandy, Triple Sec and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
• Strain into the wine glass and fill with champagne.

Garnish:

• Lemon Wedge
• Sugar
