- Rim a chilled wine glass with sugur. Do this by rubbing a lemon wedge along the rim, then dipping the glass into sugar.
- Add the brandy, Triple Sec and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
- Strain into the wine glass and fill with champagne.
