The Brandy Sour drink is made from Brandy, sugar and fresh lemon juice, and served in a chilled sour glass.

Brandy Sour Ingredients:

• 2-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, lemon juice and sugar well with cracked ice.
• Strain into a chilled sour glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
