Sweet and Sour

The Sweet and Sour is made from Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, salt and sugar, and served in a chilled sour glass.

Sweet and Sour Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Orange Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 dash Salt
• 1/4 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Add the bourbon, lemon juice, orange juice, salt and sugar with ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled sour glass.
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon peel.

• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Lemon Peel
