Brandy Fix

The Brandy Fix drink is made from Brandy, fresh lemon juice, sugar and mineral water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Brandy Fix Ingredients:

• 3 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 splash Mineral Water

Instructions:

• Stir the lemon juice, water and sugar in a chilled highball glass.
• Fill the highball glass with ice then brandy and stir.
