Brandy Fizz

The Brandy Fizz drink is made from Brandy, sugar, fresh lemon juice and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Brandy Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the brandy, sugar and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
• Shake well and strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Fill with club soda.
