The Crazy Mint drink is made from Cointreau, club soda and lime juice, and served in a highball glass.

Crazy Mint Ingredients:

• 2-1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water
• Mint

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and Cointreau and shake well, then strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lime and fresh mint.
