Brandy Cassis

The Brandy Cassis cocktail is made from Brandy, Creme de Cassis and fresh lemon juice, and served in a cocktail glass.

Brandy Cassis Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with ice to a mixing glass.
• Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
