Cafe Royal

The Cafe Royal drink is made from Brandy, sugar, hot black coffee and half-and-half, and served in an Irish coffee glass.

Cafe Royal Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 1 cup Coffee - black
• Half-and-half - to taste

Instructions:

• Add the hot coffee to the glass.
• Rest a tablespoon on top of the cup and put the sugar cube in it.
• Pour the brandy over the sugar cube, soaking it.
• Ignite the sugar cube until it burns out, then pour it into the coffee.
• Float the half-and-half on top.
