Sloe Gin Rickey

The Sloe Gin Rickey drink is made from Sloe Gin, fresh lime juice and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Sloe Gin Rickey Ingredients:

• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• 1 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice, and pour in the lime juice.
• Add the sloe gin.
• Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with a lime slice.
