Sail Away

The Sail Away drink is made from cognac, lime wedges and ginger ale, and served in a highball glass.

Sail Away Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Xante Cognac
• 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
• Ginger Ale

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Squeeze the lime wedges over the glass, and drop them in.
• Add the cognac and fill with ginger ale.

• Lime Wedge
