Royal Fizz

The Royal Fizz drink is made from gin, lemon juice, sugar and egg, and served in a highball glass.

Royal Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 2 oz Lemon Juice
• Sugar / Bar Sugar - to taste
• 1 Egg
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass half full of ice.
• Top with club soda.
