Hen Do Berry

The Hen Do Berry drink is made from gin, Midori melon liqueur, raspberries, lime, mint and ginger beer, and served in a highball glass.

Hen Do Berry Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Gin
• 2/3 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1 oz Raspberry - pureed
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer

Instructions:

• Shake the gin, Midori melon liqueur, lime juice and raspberry puree with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Fill with ginger beer or ginger ale and garnish with fresh mint.
