Funky Diva

The Funky Diva drink is made from cachaca, Cointreau, triple sec, blood orange and champagne, and served in a highball glass.

Funky Diva Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 dash Sugar Syrup
• 1 Orange - blood orange
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the blood orange in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, then cachaca, Cointreau, triple sec and simple syrup and shake well.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with champagne.
