Blackberry Softdrink

The non-alcoholic Blackberry Softdrink is made from blackberries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda, and served in a highball glass.

Blackberry softdrink Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Blackberry
• 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• Lemon-Lime Soda

Instructions:

• Blend the blackberries, lemon juice and sugar until somewhat smooth.
• Strain into a highball glass, or a wine glass.
• Fill with Sprite or 7-Up and garnish with a slice of lemon and/or blackberries.
