The Gentleman

The Gentleman cocktail is made from cognac, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, brown sugar, Angostura bitters and champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

The Gentleman Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Cognac
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1 Brown Sugar - cube
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Drop the brown sugar cube into the chilled champagne flute, and add the Angostura bitters directly onto the cube.
• Add the cognac and elderflower liqueur.
• Fill with chilled champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
