Swan Lake

The Swan Lake cocktail is made from vodka, light cream, blue curacao, vanilla liqueur and banana, and served in a cocktail glass.

Swan Lake Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 2/3 oz Light Cream
• 1/3 oz Blue Curacao
• 1/3 oz Vanilla Liqueur
• Banana

Instructions:

• Mix the vanilla liqueur and half of the vodka in a blender.
• Mix the other half of the vodka, cream, blue curacao and banana in a second blender.
• Pour both containers into a chilled cocktail glass simultaneously.
• Garnish with a little chocolate powder in the shape of a swan.
• * If you only have 1 blender, stage the first mixture in a chilled glass while blending the second mixture.
