Pick-me-up Ingredients:

• 1 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• splash Grenadine
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Stir the cognac, orange juice and grenadine with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute and fill with champagne.
• Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
