Sunset Beach

The Sunset Beach drink is made from white rum, Midori Melon Liqueur, Roses Lime, pineapple juice and cranberry juice, and served in a highball glass.

Sunset Beach Ingredients:

• 2/3 oz Rum (Light)
• 2/3 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1/3 oz Rose's Lime
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Shake the rum, Roses Lime, Midori and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glass, and layer the cranberry juice on top by slowly pouring over the back of a cold spoon.
• Garnish wtih a strawberry and a slice of lime.
