The Southern Rickey drink is made from scotch whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Southern Rickey Ingredients:

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1 dash Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Lime Juice
• 1 dash Egg White / Substitute
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake the Scotch, lemon juice, lime juice and egg white with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Fill with club soda, and garnish with a slice of lime.
