Grand Royal Fizz

The Grand Royal Fizz is made from Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, bar sugar, half-and-half and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Grand Royal Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
• 1-1/2 oz Orange Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 2 tsp Half-and-half
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water, with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
