Galliano Vampire Revenge

The Galliano Vampire Revenge drink is made from Galliano, vodka, bitter lemon and lime juice, and served in a highball glass.

Galliano Vampire Revenge Ingredients:

• 1/2 shot Galliano
• 1/2 shot Vodka
• 1 splash Bitter Lemon
• 1 Lime - squeezed
• Cointreau

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the Galliano, vodka and bitter lemon.
• Squeeze the juice from a lime into the glass, and hollow out one half of the lime.
• Drop the lime into the glass, and fill it with Cointreau.
• Set the Cointreau on fire and serve; pour the burning Cointreau into the drink prior to drinking.
