Greyhound

The Greyhound drink is made from vodka, grapefruit juice and egg white, and served in a highball glass.

Greyhound Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vodka
• Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice, a star fruit and a maraschino cherry.

• Orange Slice
• Star Fruit
• Red Maraschino Cherry
