Sloe Gin Fizz

The Sloe Gin Fizz drink is made from Sloe Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Sloe Gin Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with a lemon slice.
