Scottish Apple Juice

The Scottish Apple Juice is made from Drambuie, port wine (white if you can find it), apple juice and Angostura bitters, and served in a wine glass.

Scottis Apple Juice Ingredients:

• 1 oz Drambuie
• 1 oz Port Wine - white
• Apple Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Add a few ice cubes to a wine glass.
• Add the Drambuie, port wine and fill with apple juice.
• Add a dash or two of Angostura bitters on top.

Glass:

• White Wine Glass

Color:

• Orange
