Instructions:
- Add the Pernod into a chilled old-fashioned glass; swirl it around to coat the inside.
- Add the bitters, water and sugar. Muddle the sugar until dissolved.
- Fill with ice, and add bourbon, then stir well
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
