Passion Pineapple

The Passion Pineapple caipirinha is made from cachaca, passionfruit, mint, pineapple and lemon-lime soda, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Passion Pineapple Caipirinha Ingredients:

• 1 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Passion Fruit - puree
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 6 Mint
• Pineapple - small pieces
• Lemon-Lime Soda - Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions:

• Muddle the pineapple, mint and sugar syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add passionfruit puree, cachaca and ice, and shake vigorously.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice and top with lemon-lime soda.
