Champagne Cocktail Ingredients:

• 1 oz Cognac
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Sugar Cube
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Add the sugar cube and Angostura bitters to a chilled champagne flute.
• Slowly add the cognac, and fill with champagne.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
