Midnight Cowboy

The Midnight Cowboy drink is made from Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, grenadine, Southern Comfort and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Midnight Cowboy Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Grenadine
• 2 tsp Southern Comfort
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake the bourbon, lemon juice and grenadine with cracked ice.
• Pour into a chilled highball glass and fill with club soda.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
