Celebration

The Celebration drink is made from Leblon Cachaca, champagne/sparkling wine, black raspberry liqueur, simple syrup, lemon and strawberries, and served in a champagne flute.

Celebration Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur - black raspberry
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 3 Strawberry(s) - quartered
• 1/4 Lemon - cut into wedges
• Champagne - or sparkling wine, to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the lemon, strawberries and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and the cachaca, then shake vigorously.
• Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine or champagne, and stir in the black raspberry liqueur.
