Saint Brendans Irish Coffee

The Saint Brendans Irish Coffee drink is made from Irish Cream (Saint Brendan's) and fresh coffee, and served in a white wine glass.

Saint Brendans Irish Coffee Ingredients:

• 2 oz Irish Cream - Saint Brendans
• Coffee - fresh, hot
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Add the Saint Brendans Irish Cream to a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.
• Place a spoon in the glass, and pour the coffee over it to prevent cracking.
• Top with whipped cream and a little freshly ground coffee on top.

Garnish:

• Ground Coffee
