Dooleys Coffee

The Dooleys Coffee drink is made from Dooleys Toffee Liqueur, hot coffee and whipped cream, and served in a wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.

Dooleys Coffee Ingredients:

• 2 oz Dooley's Toffee Liqueur
• Coffee - hot
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Add Dooleys to a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.
• Put a spoon into the glass, and pour the coffee over the spoon to prevent cracking.
• Top with lightly whipped cream and a little freshly ground coffee on top.

Garnish:

• Ground Coffee

• White Wine Glass
