African Brew

The African Brew drink is made from Amarula, chocolate ice cream, ice and a small banana, and served in a chilled white wine glass.

African Brew Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
• 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
• 1/2 cup Ice Cream - chocolate
• 1 Banana - small

Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth.
• Pour into a chilled white wine glass.
• Dip a small piece of banana in melted chocolate for garnish.
