Alex Coffee

The Alex Coffee drink is made from scotch whiskey, brown sugar and hot coffee, and served in a wine glass or an Irish coffee glass.

Alex Coffee Ingredients:

• 1 shot Scotch
• 2 tsp Brown Sugar
• Coffee - hot, strong

Instructions:

• Pour the whiskey into a wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.
• Add the brown sugar and the coffee, and stir.
• Top with vanilla ice cream and serve with a spoon.

• White Wine Glass
